Timetabling

Timetabling is now built into School Admin with automatic transfer of your finished timetable to next year's system

Choose which staff can take which subjects. Choose year groups and preferred rooms for each staff-subject combination.
Select a subject to assign staff to.
Decide which years each teacher can teach the subject.
Assign the preferred room for each teacher to teach this subject. Staff will be assigned this room automatically as their timetable is constructed, as long as the room is available.
Other staff can be added to the list teaching this subject. Double clicking adds and removes staff.
Students are allocated to next year's classes. This helps avoid clashes and allows quick deployment of next year's timetable.
Students already allocated are displayed under the class name.
