One screen to keep track of all details of registrants for your admissions process.
Lists all children who have been registered to take your admissions tests. All registrants are retained through the whole process but can be deactivated at each stage, if they are unsuccessful, or they withdraw.

As some parents can inadvertently make multiple entries, these filters allow the quick archiving of those duplicates. All duplicates are available to be reinstated at any point.
This section includes the photo that a parent has uploaded onto the website which can be used to verify the child's identity on the test day.
This shows the contact details of the parent for use during the registration process, on the test day and during the result and offer stages. Email is used primarily for communication but phone details are available particular on test days.
A web based version is now available. This incorporates the same collection of information for registrants. The latest version has a large number of filters that allow any user to quickly isolate any group of children which allows enquiries to be handled with ease.
